For us, Toyosu represents a generous table and a constant flow of fresh choices. Nimi also brings to mind Japan\u2019s famous seafood market culture\u2014respect for ingredients, a focus on freshness, and a commitment to quality.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

I really liked the quality and freshness of salmon and fish in general\n2. When we were there I think way over 90% of items were available and were replenished very fast\n3. The choice is quite varied with many meat, seafood and vegetable options.\n4. Teppanyaki we chose were shrimp, squid and white fish and all were cooked absolutely perfect at the spot by the chef, had some with garlic sauce which was delightfully garlicky\n5. Tables were cleaned pretty fast by a dedicated person\n6. Music is quite calm and overall the vibe was very relaxing at that time\n7.
